How to book
First step is to send us an email or give us a call to check availability.
A meet and greet is then arranged for new clients, we will book a day for you to come for a visit so we can meet you and your dog , and you can have a look around our facilities.
Booking forms will be sent to you via email before you come for your arranged visit .
To secure your booking all forms must be submitted, on recipient of your booking forms you will then receive an invoice for a 50% booking fee , once we’ve received your booking fee your place is then secure. All deposits are to confirm your space, deposits are non-refundable and cover cancellation costs.
All visits are strictly by appointment only .

Vaccinations

An up-to-date veterinary vaccination record must be seen to ensure that dogs have current vaccinations against canine parvovirus, canine distemper, canine adenovirus/infectious canine hepatitis, leptospirosis and other relevant diseases.
Certification from a veterinarian of a recent protective titre test may be accepted instead of a booster vaccination .The certificate must state that it is valid for the current period of boarding.
Primary vaccination courses must be completed at least 2 weeks before boarding.
Vaccines used must be licensed for use in the UK. Homoeopathic vaccination is not acceptable.
